Luke Parker - Lead pastor
Luke is a Phoenix native. He has been in ministry in a variety of contexts for upwards of 15 years, and he began The Spring Midtown in March of 2017 in his family's living room. He studied Biochemistry at the University of Arizona and later received a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. He has a lovely wife, Jessica, and two boys, Matthew (3) and Sam (1). He loves reading books, gardening, going on adventures in the mountains, and playing with his sons.

Clint Leavitt - Commissioned Lay Pastor
Clint is a born and raised Phoenician. He graduated from Grand Canyon University with a BA in English and earned his Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, focusing much of his degree on the interplay between theology and culture. He is passionate about the power of stories and how they connect to human spirituality, and thus is a film and literature fanatic. He also loves playing, watching, and creating all types of sports, remaining regularly active as much as possible. He and his wife, Emily, have been attending The Spring since Summer 2018; they love to travel, and are always fans of new restaurants, activities, drinks, and adventures. Clint and Emily live in North Central Phoenix.

Vanessa MOrin - Kids Ministry Coordinator
Vanessa Morin is a senior undergraduate student at Grand Canyon University, earning a degree in Christian Studies with an Emphasis in Youth Ministry. She is passionate about discipling and educating kids, ensuring they learn essential truths about the love of Jesus and what it means to love God and neighbor in their lives.

adam mcanally - elder
Adam McAnally is an ordained elder in the Presbyterian Church, and he served on the Spring Board in Tempe from 2014-2016.He currently works for Salt River Project in their Regulatory Policy department. He received his BA from the University of Arizona in Political Science and his Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University with an emphasis in Finance. He also currently serves on the boards of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations. Adam, his wife Elena, and their daughters Isabella and Eva live in midtown Phoenix.

Paige Vender - elder
Paige is a home grown Arizonan. She is from Tucson, AZ, and earned her BA from the University of Arizona (Go Wildcats!). Conveniently enough, Paige is also fond of cats herself! She retains a huge heart for Tucson today, and her family still resides there. She has lived in Phoenix for three years, currently working at USAA as an Insurance Agent. She loves to cook, be outside, hike, and live in community with others! She also works with YoungLife in the greater Phoenix area.

Jackie Parks - Elder
Investing in people has always been a big part of Jackie’s life. From years as a Young Life leader to leading teams of University students all over the world, she has had the unique opportunity to invite people into a life of following Jesus through engaging different places and cultures. Originally from the East Coast, Jackie and her family lived in Morocco for 5 years, learning how to love their neighbors and live out their faith. They have been living in Scottsdale since 2015. She has been married to her husband Jay for 15 years and they have 3 kids. She is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Missional Theology through Covenant Theological Seminary.
